A neighborhood bakery, done the slow way.
Cure began with a simple idea: the best things take time. Dough ferments overnight. Coffee brews at its own pace. Conversations at the corner table never seem to end.
We're a family-owned, Mediterranean-style bakery café in Northwest Austin. Every morning we laminate, shape, and bake from scratch; every afternoon the wall boards fill with regulars who order "the usual."
Our philosophy
Small menu, done exceptionally. Real butter, real fruit, real espresso. If we can't make it well, it doesn't make the board.
Sourcing & sustainability
We work with specialty-grade beans and bake in small batches to keep waste low. Bring your own cup and save on every refill.
